We encourage in person sales because shipping continues to be challenging and  we hope to build lasting relationships with local families. In person sales pick-up will be scheduled between the parties. Location of pick up order can vary from the CrossMotoX store location to other affiliate locations.  We only offer shipping for on-line orders to surrounding states. If shipping option is not available for you during check out please reach out to us for a separate quote.   In the case that you need shipping, please allow ample time for your item to arrive.  For IN-STOCK items the handling process will take 1-3 days then shipping will proceed and you will receive your product within 14 days.  We will keep in close contact with purchasers that have trusted in us until your item has arrived and hopefully long after!  

Unfortunately, because these are racing bikes we cannot take returns on used products.  Once the bikes have had oil or lubricants in them they are considered used.  If you need to return the item it must be free of use, in the original packaging, and within 15 days.  All returns will incur a 30% restock fee.  The bikes are tested before they leave JKS racing.  If you receive the bike and see that something was perhaps damaged in shipping we will replace the damaged part.  We encourage our customers to thouroghly inspect  bike and torque check all bolts before the break-in(1st start).

We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. Rest assured, we will never sell client information to outside third-party entities. Your information will be utilized solely to enhance our website and strengthen our relationships with you. Any buyer information will be used internally to improve our services

This motorcycle is a competition model only and is not manufactured for, nor should be used on public streets, roads, or highways.  The use of this motorcycle should be limited to participation in sanctioned competition events upon a closed course and must not be used for general off-road recreational riding.  It is intended for experienced racers only, not for beginners.
